WHAT WE DO

HOW IT ALL WORKS

We meet with you, usually in the atmosphere of your own home, where we get to know you, understand your needs and your lifestyle. Depending on the level of assistance you choose, we may also need to include some time together at your building site or at the home you plan to re-work.

This first meeting is the most important in the total process. We need an understanding of what is in your heart, before we can create a balance of innovative design in harmony with your personal tastes. During this discussion we will document the notes, including sketches, from which a project brief will be prepared.

At the second meeting, we will present ideas and recommendations in the form of “The Brief” for discussion, adjustment and approval by you, before formally commencing to work with you on your project.

The process from here will largely depend on the needs you identified in the first meeting with us. We and our associates offer a comprehensive service, from initial discussion to concept plans, cad working drawings, selection of finishes and sourcing of products and suppliers, color consultancy, to the Decorator items that will give your project the “wow factor” you desire.
